The Yoga Styles We Teach

Anusha Shetty is a certified and experienced instructor in a wide variety of yoga traditions. She expertly blends these styles to create a practice that is both safe and effective for students of all levels.

Vinyasa
Often called "flow yoga," this dynamic style links breath to movement, creating a seamless sequence of postures. Our Vinyasa classes build heat and strength while calming the mind.
Hatha Yoga
A foundational practice that focuses on mastering a series of classic postures and breathing techniques. It’s perfect for beginners and those looking to build a strong base.
Power Yoga
This style is a more vigorous, fitness-focused approach to yoga. It’s designed to challenge you with a fast-paced flow, building strength and stamina.
Prenatal Yoga
Specialized classes for expectant and new mothers. These gentle, supportive sessions focus on poses and breathing techniques to prepare the body for childbirth and aid in postpartum recovery.
Pranayama & Meditation
